We wanted to make a new set for the Mane 6 and came up with a wet mane concept. We thought it would be a lot of fun to craft their hair a little differently and this gave us a perfect opportunity to do that.
Being part of the team that makes the weather in Equestria, we thought Rainbow Dash would be ridiculously pleased with the work she had done for the day and this is her stopping to beam through the rain clouds. Her mane and tail is the most like it usually is in the set, just a bit frayed at the ends. We made the clouds a very pretty orange-gray colors since we thought it brightened up the box quite a bit!

I love this wet mane series! Looks like a good opportunity to play around with cell shading. I loved the scenery in others (like applejack) but Rainbow's expression is particularly cute here so I had to comment
