This one was commissioned by :iconmakeshiftwings30: who wanted a shadowbox of DJ-PON3 at her turntable.

This box was a pretty good challenge (mostly in having a foreground object span the entire shot) and I'm happy to have found a mirror board of the appropriate color for her glasses.

In any case I hope it turned out as good as expected (or better) :)

Awesome work! May I ask where you find your materials? I'm finding the selection at my local hobby stores to be rather lame -_-

We pick up most of our card-stock at Michael's, as well as Jo-Ann's craft stores. You can find it in the scrapbooking sections.

Huh, those are the same places I go (also Hobby Lobby). I guess your area just has better stores / higher demand for craft supplies than mine does.

Yeah the first set for me was a big learning experience. These are starting to show the fruits of those efforts. If you have ideas send them my way, I'll add them to my journal post and start some mock-ups if/when the commissions thin out.
