We can't believe it is already time for Everfree Northwest but it is upon us! Everfree NW will be going on May 13-15th in Seattle Washington so if you are going, we'll see you there and if you are in the area and just now hearing about it, hopefully you'll decide to go! Here's our post with all the info you need to know in order to see us there!
We'll be Community Guests again this year and can't wait to see everyone.
Everfree 2016 Vendor Hall Map*Full disclosure, I've seen other vendors do this sort of thing and thought it was cool so tried it out. Most recently, I saw
AbbyStarling make a map that was a lot prettier than this one but I am in no way trying to take credit for the idea.
We'll be at
booth 35 on the right hand of the hall again this year. Come by to see some of our new designs listed above or check out some of our old favorites! We have quite a big selection but as always, limited numbers of everything. You can order things for a shipping discount if we run out so make sure to ask us about that if the box you wanted disappears!
Also, we have loads of amazing vendor type friends going to Everfree NW. I'm going to miss a lot of them but make sure to stop by
JaDeDJynX,
AbbyStarling,
BumbleBun,
Grennadder,
viwrastupr,
Ardail,
EquestriaPlush, Cutie Corral and more! I'm sure I missed a few and I'm sorry, you are all awesome!
Also, make sure to check out our 2016 Everfree NW convention exclusive Cadence and Chrsyalis!
As with all of our con exclusives, they are only available on site or if you are a Patron so make sure to snag one if you want them! They will be $80 each.
Everfree NW 2016 Charity PiecesWe have two charity pieces this year, one by
JaDeDJynX and the other by
BumbleBun.
MORE INFO ON THOSE COMING SOON!
But one hint, these little fillies will be there to sign it! As always, they are two-of-a-kind, one for the artist and the other for the charity auction.
Everfree NW 2016 Shadowbox Building WorkshopThere have been a lot of inquiries about the class so my suggestion would be to contact us ASAP if you want to join in. For Babscon, we'd sold all but 12 slots by the time we got there and we've had even more folks asking about our Everfree class so there is a good chance it will be sold out.
Here are the designs we will be making:
We will be building the CMCs in our filly design! This is cool because we have never done them in these designs before and all three VAs will be there so if you want to get a box that you made signed, you can! We thought since Everfree NW had all three CMCs, we couldn't pass up the opportunity to let you all build them.
As usual, we will have
30 slots available for the class. We have cut out 10 of each design and once that pony is gone, we won't have anymore. They cost $15 per kit.
Our class this year is
FRIDAY, from 7:30 to 8:30 PM at Cadence Room . This is sort of a tight time slot so if we are booted out and someone isn't done, I'll hang around outside to help out. We'll be going quick in this class to make up for the time so come with your learning pants on!
If you would like to sign up early, please either note us, DM us on Twitter or email at mitcheb0219@gmail.com with your full name (and fandom name if you prefer, if it is provided, I will likely use it during role call) and pony of choice. We will send you info on how to pay and won't reserve your spot until we've received payment through Paypal.
Donations JarIf even of you visited us at Babscon, or follow us on Twitter, you already know that our dear friend, Jon Roman passed away suddenly right before Babscon. It was shock to all of and something we are still reeling from. He was 32 years old and healthy but unfortunately, he had a heart condition that went unnoticed.
He left behind his wife, Erica, who is also our dear friend, and their daughter, Jocelyn. We just recently found out that Jon left behind one other gift... Erica is pregnant.
At Babscon, we had a donation jar set out for them and collected close to $500. We will have a donation jar at our table at Everfree as well. If you are going and have a few spare dollars, please consider donating. Brian and I are planning to match the donations up to $500.
This would mean so much to his family and us. We loved him so much.
If you aren't able to make it but still want to donate, this is the website to their indiegogo:
www.generosity.com/memorial-fu…As always, we are looking forward to seeing you all there!
